Joy Archer Takes Aim At Astrology "Mr. President!" The following made the rounds on the Internet in December, 2000. "Come the millennium, month 12, in the home of the greatest power, the village idiot will come forth to be acclaimed the leader." -- Nostradamus in 1555 There are several books available that have all of the prophecies of Nostradamus. They are listed by Century I to XII and numbered chronologically in each Century. I have not been able to find the above quatrain in any of the books on Nostradamus. It would be nice if they had listed the Century and number of the verse. It was probably written in the year 2000 by a very gifted Democratic poet. Curious to see if there was any truth to the verse, I checked George W.’s natal chart which is attached. The first thing that an astrologer will note is all the planets fall within a trine in air signs on the east side of the chart. This indicates a person with rather narrow interests but one who is outgoing to make their mark on the world. It is true he has been out of the USA only three times before the election. The next thing noticed by an astrologer is usually the Cancer Sun (feelings very sensitive) in the 12th house which is square his Libra Moon (charm!) in the third house. Combined with this very sensitive Cancer Sun hidden in the 12th house he has Leo rising with Mercury conjunct the Ascendant and also conjunct Pluto along with Venus in Leo in the first house. A brash bluster is put on to hide a very secretive, quiet, and insecure real self. Four planets are in air, 3 in fire, 2 in water (Sun & Saturn) and only one in earth (Mars rather unhappy in Virgo). There may be a lot of ideas but practicality is lacking with only one planet in earth. And that planet is fiery Mars feeling cramped and cribbed in an earth sign. This placement of Mars indicates a fuss-budget! "Picky, Picky, Picky", one who good with detail but who can waste time on nonessentials. Temper can flair quickly over "big nothings"! To access his mental ability you would look to the condition of the Moon and Mercury. His Moon is in his third house conjunct Jupiter. The third house placement of the Moon is not the most stable placement for it but with its conjunction to Jupiter and with Neptune nearby it is clear that he will benefit financially from brothers and sisters and relatives. He will never want for material goods. The conjunction of the Moon to Jupiter makes for a true compassionate humanitarian. This comes from his Mother. But with the Sun squaring this conjunction there will be some inner tension between his Will and Emotions. He can be his own worst enemy but feel that everyone around him is wrong. The Sun square Jupiter can result in excesses, in use of energy, indulging in food or drink, and unstable ideas. A tendency toward untruthfulness and exaggeration must be addressed and overcome. There can be a love of display and poor judgment due to false pride. Mercury conjunct the Leo Ascendant and Pluto can result in hastiness, impatience and irritability and over-estimation of one’s ability. It is an aspect of mental confusion because the nervous system is very highly geared causing great nervous tension. Used in a positive way it can bring new ideas to the native. He should strive to eliminate his secretiveness and self-centeredness which comes with this aspect and chart placement. The conjunction of Pluto and Mercury does give the person an ability to influence others, sometimes very subtly. Pluto is all about power. How the native used that power will determine how much is accomplished in his work. If negative tendencies such as holding on to hurts, whether imaginary or real, vindictiveness, and brooding are used they will cause trouble in his physical and emotional bodies and also the body called the USA Senate! Ironically, his pettiness concerning the Senator from Vermont cost him the control of the Senate! This urge to get even will only come back and bite him severely. When you listen to Mr. President speak it sounds like he certainly doesn’t mean what he says due to his strange pauses and fractured English. It is clear that someone else wrote the words for him and they are not words from his head or heart. There is a distinct feeling he is the fellow sitting on Charlie McCarthy’s lap! The question is who is really his Charlie McCarthy! In my article dated October 12, 2000, I said, "Actually the one not elected to the Presidency may thank his ‘lucky stars’ later that he wasn’t chosen. Due to the Saturn conjunction of Jupiter in late Taurus in May, 2000, the President elected most likely will not live out his term in office." It is common knowledge of those versed in Mundane Astrology that the USA President who is in office after the Saturn and Jupiter conjunction in an earth sign often dies before completing his term. Mundane astrology deals with large groups, countries and political events. On election day Mercury was making its station from going retrograde and it was square Neptune. This is why I wrote "you can bet there will be a lot of chicanery in this election." The similarity of the fraudulent voting in Florida to the fraudulent votes supplied to J. F. Kennedy in Cook County, Illinois, by Mayor Daley and the Mob is eerie. Daley and the Mob in Chicago went relatively undetected for awhile because they did it with more finesse. They had more practice than Florida! Unfortunately, George W. most likely will pay the same terrible price paid by JFK. Bush’s Leo Ascendant reminds one of the wonderful myth of Phaeton which is a story of a son who convinced his father to allow him to take on power that he was not able to handle because he lacked discipline and he wasn’t ready for the challenge. He had courage but he was irresponsible and undisciplined. Any similarity to reality is intentional! Relocation charts were thrown for Austin, Texas and Washington DC. When George W. lives in Austin, his Cancer Moon moves into his first house and his real inner self is at home and shines. This is not true in Washington, DC, where his natal chart planets revert to the same houses that are very similar to his birth chart at New Haven. I’ll bet that he will take to returning to Texas every chance he gets to revive himself. You must realize that the majority of politicians in USA are lawyers, probably more than 85%. It has been said that most lawyers are basely "professional liars". They will do or say anything to get their client what they want. It doesn’t have much to do with the truth! George W.’s father was the "King of the liars" when he was the head of the CIA. It is interesting that the his father had little experience in the espionage business but he had friends in high places. Please note that Harry S. Truman was not a lawyer! It is interesting to note that all of the Presidents of the USA were born east of Independence, Missouri. The only President born in the West was Nixon, a lawyer who couldn’t make a living as a lawyer therefore he went into politics. As it was stated in an earthy manner on the side of a hog shed in Iowa, "Nixon got his Dick caught in the Watergate!" Nixon was a bit lacking in integrity. No doubt there have been other Presidents lacking in integrity but Nixon got caught! It is important to remember the above when you listen to newscasts, or read your paper or weekly news magazine. Very often the public person is 180 degrees different from the private or real person. There is an old French proverb: "Don’t trust a female who speaks of her virtue!" Often the virtue that a person is very vocal about is the very thing that they most lack in reality. They just refuse to acknowledge their "shadow". It is time for the public to grow up and question what is being feed to them. Always ask, "Why do they want me to believe this? Who and what do they have to gain?"
