Joy was born in Kansas when the speed of the moon was at its fastest speed. After receiving a BS in Education she moved to the New York area. This is where she met Linda Goodman who was just completing her first book, "Sun Signs". Linda sent Joy to her teacher, Lloyd Cope who wrote the financial column in Dell Horoscope magazine.
Joy studied and practiced Astrology in the New York area for 10 years. Chicago was her next home. She resided in Scottsdale, Arizona from April, 1981 to January, 1999.
After twenty-one years of drawing the charts by hand Joy launched into the computer age with finest astrology software available from Matrix of Big Rapids, Michigan. She has clients in North and South America, Europe, and Australia.
She has taught Astrology in New Jersey, Illinois, and Arizona. Besides her professional counselling her services include Natal Charts and Reports, Transits and Progressions, Solar Returns, Relationship and Compatibility Reports, Horary, Electional, and Relocation Maps. If you desire your chart in the Hindu/Sidereal system, she can deliver. Your Dasa Bhukti periods are available. Joy is also well trained in Numerology and Feng Shui.
